COOK-- Wesley Jackson Cook, Jr., 75, died Monday, January 4, 1999, in a Florence hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 6, 1999, in the Brockington Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Lake City Memorial Park directed by Brockington Funeral Home. Mr. Cook was born in Lake City, a son of the late Wesley Jackson Cook, Sr. and Ruth Jordan Cook. He was a graduate of Lake City High School and retired from Tomlinson & McWhite, Inc. He was a charter member of Manoah Southern Methodist Church, a Mason, Lake City Lodge #193 and American Legion Post 0073. He was a Navy veteran. Survivors are: his wife, Mrs. Lynette Eaddy Cook of Lake City; one daughter, Mrs. Brenda Williamson of Beaufort; one, son, Jackie Cook of Lake City; two sisters, Louise C. Cox of Hemingway; and Reba C. Boyd of Kingstree; and one brother, Billy Cook of Lake City.
