Info from Bernice McCutcheon.
There is a book - "The Savage Family in Ulster - The Savages of the Ards." that mentions the sheriff of Ard and the Ardkeen family (also known as Mac Seneschai, because they were descendants of Sir Roland Savage who the last of the Savage family to hold the office of Seneschal of Ulster under the Kings of England). The name Ardkeen is a transliteration of the Irish which means "pleasant height". Also mentioned in the book is William Brownlow of Lurgan.
