Notes for Rev. Charles Reed BARRINEAU


Wrote a letter to the South Carolina Methodist Conference 5-Dec-1839. That letter is in the Sandor Teszler Library, Wofford College. He was a Methodist preacher and lived on the Black River. Ordained a deacon at the 1865 confernce. Had an afflicted wife and 7 children. Died suddenly of Heart Disease. Obit in Methodist Advocate Vol 38, Number 46, Page 184, Col 4.
