Info from Mrs. Nyra Bell Turbeville Sawyer, Mobile, AL. His three children came from Ireland to the Turbeville-Olanta SC area.
Uncle Charles says that there was a sister, Peggy.
If he was here, he should be in Williamsburg District Census as James Moore is?

Two William Cooks, 1800 Census, Darlington District, Roll 47 Page 116 and 126.
Also William Miles on Page 126 also a Lucy Cook and Mathew Cook.

and on page 448, Honor Cook and Page 453, David Miles.
There is a William Cook, 1810 Census Marion District Page 85.

Daniel Cook, 1774 100 acres in Craven County on Fishing Creeek
497 acre tract of land granted to William Cook July 18, 1794. The land was located on each side of
Horse branch and meandering to Little Prong Branch (now called Lake Swamp and Sparrow Swamp).
